This blog is intended to aid students studying to pass the math portion of the GED.. I taught high school and GED math for about 12 years. I am currently working for an electrical construction company and a member of the IBEW local 613.. When I have more spare time, I will try to update this blog, but for now I believe that I have covered the math needed to pass the math portion of the GED ..Bruce Cohen
GED students...relax...this post is just for fun...you will not be required to know how to multiply left to right, cross multiply, or use Egyptian multiplication, however factoring will be covered in a future blog concerning algebra topics, a subject included in possible GED questions.
ReplyDeleteThis type of cross multiplication is not the same as the cross multiplication used to determine if two fractions are equivalent or two ratios are proportional.
